California Lawyers for the Arts (CLA) will host its seventh annual bi-national symposium, titled Intersections: Art and Law at the Border. The event will focus on the geo-political context of the Tijuana-San Diego region with the goal of highlighting artists, activists, lawyers, scholars, and researchers whose work navigates the intersection of art and legal issues. The event will feature legal workshops and discussions to enable attendees to help attendees better understand how contemporary issues shape both the creative and legal sectors, and how the region’s distinctive position influences innovation and collaboration across borders.
